Our joint pain care programs

At Align, our in-person and online coaching programs both center on a whole person approach to joint pain management. We prioritize building strong relationships, conducting thorough evaluations, providing consistent feedback, and adapting your plan as needed to address the root causes of your pain.

Our in-person program provides hands-on guidance and personalized coaching in a supportive gym environment, ideal for those who prefer face-to-face interaction. Our online program, offers the same comprehensive care through virtual consultations and daily movement prescriptions, perfect for those seeking flexibility and convenience.

Our online program offers flexibility and convenience

Experience Align online

  • Your journey starts with a free online consultation, where we take the time to listen to your story, evaluate your body and needs, and explain what your journey needs to look like. This session is designed to lay the groundwork for your personalized online treatment plan and answer any questions you have. This is where the relationship begins. 

  • In this 60-90 minute comprehensive online evaluation, we assess your posture, joint range of motion, and neuromuscular patterns to identify all the ways your body isn’t working optimally. 

    We also review your full health history and introduce you to our coaching platform. Additionally, we discuss what your workout situation will be and curate a custom equipment list for you. 

  • Your coach will design your movement prescriptions that are delivered directly to your phone, tablet, or laptop daily. This includes detailed instructions, videos, and guidance on how to perform each movement.

    On average, you’ll commit to 1 hour, 3-5 days a week, to your online program with us. Your coach will review your progress weekly and ask you to leave feedback on each exercise to ensure everything is progressing as expected. If any issues arise, you can quickly send a video or question to your coach for feedback.

  • Your coach schedules follow-up evaluations at the beginning and end of each treatment phase – Mobility, Stability, and Strength – typically every 2-6 weeks. These sessions are crucial for ensuring you are performing the movements correctly and that your body has adapted and progressed completely before moving to the next phase.

Our in-person program offers face-to-face interaction

Experience Align in-person

  • Your journey begins with a free consultation where we take the time to listen to your story, evaluate your body and needs, and explain what your journey needs to look like. During this session, we’ll explain our whole person approach to joint pain and address any questions you have. This step is crucial in setting the stage for your personalized treatment plan.

  • In this 1-hour comprehensive evaluation, we assess your posture, joint range of motion, and neuromuscular patterns to identify all the ways your body isn’t working optimally.

    We also review your full health history, select your coach, establish your regular schedule, and schedule your 8-12 week follow-up evaluation. 

  • Generally, in-person Align clients will participate in 3-5 sessions per week, combining hands-on coaching and independent exercises. 

    Coached days: Two days per week you will be doing individualized, hands-on work directly with your coach, usually in small group settings of 2-4 people. 

    Independent days: The other 2-3 days per week, your coach will assign you independent work at the gym. These sessions accelerate your progress, and we encourage clients to attend as many as possible, especially early on, so we can monitor your performance. Once you’re confident, these routines can often be done at home.

  • To track your progress, we conduct a follow-up evaluation 8-12 weeks into your program. We compare new data with your initial evaluation, using metrics like posture photos, joint range of motion metrics, and gait analysis. 

    This step demonstrates how far you have come in your time with us so far and allows us to adjust your treatment plan as needed.

Online coaching

  • Evaluations $175
    This includes your new client and follow-up evaluations with your coach.

  • Align online program $250 / month
    This includes your 3-5 days per week and the relationship with your coach.

In-person coaching

  • Evaluations $175
    This includes your new client and 8-12 week follow-up evaluations with your coach.

  • Align in-person program $320 / month
    This includes your 3-5 days per week and the relationship with your coach.
