I have gotten so much physically stronger and more flexible. I can do 100 plus pound deadlifts, and can chest press 45’s.

My pain became so bad I couldn't walk or go up and down stairs normally. I had to take them one at a time.

I couldn't believe how simple things against the wall, like snow angels, were so effective without having to use a lot of equipment.

For a man in his early seventies, this has been a great experience for me. I’m back to doing all the things that I love to do.
