I now have zero pain and can do anything I want to without pain again. I am now back to the person I was before the pain started.

Walking up stairs, standing up out of a chair, and getting off the floor are things I don't even have to think about anymore.

I have been a slalom skier my entire life and had to miss the season in 2021, but I am very proud to say I achieved my goal.

After 7 months at Align, I am ready to go out on my own and attempt to maintain and improve my stable and strong back.

Since starting at Align I have completed a spartan race, and an adventure race, which are both physically and mentally demanding.

I’m now able to be a casting instructor at the age of 71 without pain! I plan to fly fish for years to come!

My advice is listen to your body and take the time and energy to make it better. You and your health are worth it!

If you have ever been in a major accident or have not worked out for years, there is hope and a solution for you!

It’s been nothing short of impressive. I don’t wake up in pain anymore. I have an active life, and I just feel good!

Another highlight and surprise is to witness and experience the ability to lift unimaginable-to-me weights at my age of 76.

My best advice is to commit to the program, both at the gym and on your off-days. Trust the process.

The best advice that I can give for those of you who deal with chronic, extreme pain is to make sure and attend the gym program even on your WORST days!

The coaches have enabled me to do so many things that I haven’t been able to do for a long time.

Chronic pain is absolutely draining, so without it, things are just easier and I’m able to do things I love again.

Now that I am taking things seriously- and liking myself- I am able to walk, stand up and get my life back!

A lot of people live on rotated and unstable SI joints for years. This leads to one problem turning into multiple problems.

I am so much stronger and can handle household chores like moving heavy garbage cans to the curb.

I am stronger. My back doesn’t hurt. I sleep better. I have lost 60 pounds. And my clothing tags don’t have any X’s on them!

The impact on my life was so profound and so powerful that I wanted to shout it from the top of every mountain.

Before Align my pain averaged a 7-8 every day and I had been sedentary for over 10 years.
